Early Pick-Up Information

• Pick-up range: Zhangjiajie city, Xixiping suburb of Zhangjiajie is not within the pick-up range.
• Pick-up time: 07:00--07:30, the specific time is subject to the notice from the tour guide one day in advance.

Meeting Information

Meet at the designated location in Zhangjiajie city at around 07:30 in the morning and depart. (The meeting time will be adjusted during the peak season, and the specific meeting time and location will be subject to the tour guide's notice one day in advance.)

Scenic Spot Reminder

• Vehicles in the scenic area: Bailong Elevator 65 yuan/person; Tianzi Mountain Cableway 72 yuan/person; Ten-mile Gallery train one-way 38 yuan/person, self-care not included.
• Zhangjiajie Charming Xiangxi Evening Gala or Zhangjiajie Eternal Love Evening Gala, voluntary self-care.

Important Tips

• Elderly people: Elderly people aged 70 (inclusive) or above who book a tour must sign a "Health Certificate" with our company and be accompanied by family members or friends (except for those who cannot be received and restricted due to service capabilities) before they can travel; Due to limited service capabilities, we cannot receive tourists over 81 years old to sign up for tours, please understand; Due to the different intensity of different routes, please ensure that you are in good health and suitable for travel. Please consult customer service for specific age restrictions.
• Minors: Tourists under the age of 18 should be accompanied by family members (except for those who cannot be received and restricted due to service capabilities) to participate in the group; Due to limited service capabilities, we cannot receive tourists under the age of 18 to sign up for tours alone, please understand.
• Patients, pregnant women, and people with limited mobility: In order to ensure a smooth journey, please have a medical examination before traveling. Patients with serious diseases (such as infectious, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, recovery period from large and medium-sized surgery) and pregnant women or people with limited mobility cannot be received due to limited service capabilities.
• Scenic spot vouchers: To enter the scenic spot, you must present the original ID card, passport or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan通行证 filled in at the time of booking; if you cannot enter the scenic spot due to failure to bring or incorrect documents, you will be responsible for the additional costs; please inform us in advance if you have preferential certificates when registering.
• Shopping reminder: Shopping in scenic spots and along the way is a personal voluntary behavior. Please choose carefully and keep your invoices and certificates properly; such shopping has nothing to do with the travel agency.
