Operated by the long-established Japanese cuisine brand ""Nadaman,"" founded in 1830, this is their first specialty restaurant dedicated to shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. With a maximum of only three groups of guests welcomed each day, we offer a fully private dining experience. Guests can savor premium wagyu—led by Kobe beef—while enjoying panoramic views of Hakata and Tenjin.

Our shabu-shabu features Nadaman’s signature rich bonito broth, carefully prepared and served right before your eyes. For sukiyaki, we pair our secret sauce with a luxuriously frothy truffle-infused egg dip, delivering an unforgettable taste experience.
