If the Zao Ropeway is inaccessible, you will be transferred to the Zao Chuo Ropeway, and the corresponding price difference will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding. The Zao Ropeway will be used for departures on December 13th/15th/16th and January 7th; the Zao Chuo Ropeway will be used for all other departure dates.

- 【Notice for Elderly and Pregnant Travelers】: If the person making the reservation is aged 70 or older, or is pregnant, a liability waiver must be signed to ensure your safety and rights. Please sign it in advance, take a photo, and send it back to complete the registration process.

- 【Seating Arrangement】: Seating on shared transfers is generally on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please indicate this when booking. We will do our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's on-site arrangement.
- 【Itinerary Order Adjustment】: Due to Japan's strict control of operating vehicle usage time, the attractions, transportation, and stopping times included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged according to the circumstances of the day. - 【No Early Departure】: This tour is a group activity, and you may not leave the group or leave the tour on your own.
