Hokkaido Otaru: Kamui Cape, Blue Cave & Otaru Canal (EN/CN Guide)

Due to recent rockfalls in the Blue Grotto, our cruise will no longer enter the cave. We will only be touring the perimeter of the Blue Grotto.

• Traffic congestion is common during Japanese weekends and holidays (especially around the Bon Festival from August 13th to 16th), and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on the actual situation. We recommend that you do not make dinner, flight, or Shinkansen reservations, and bring light snacks and a portable charger. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. The luggage fee is JPY 2000 per piece, payable in cash to the driver or tour guide on the day.
• Please ensure that the communication app you provide is accessible during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle and tour guide information for the next day's departure to your email address before 8:00 PM on the day before departure. Please check your inbox (and possibly your spam folder). To ensure a smooth departure, please be sure to contact the tour guide or driver promptly. Thank you.
• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, the tour will be cancelled, and you will be notified by email 4 days before the departure date.
• In the event of typhoons, blizzards, or other adverse weather conditions, a decision will be made by 6:00 PM (local time) 1 day before departure as to whether the tour will be cancelled. You will be notified by email as soon as possible thereafter.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• Our company is not responsible for and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, or inability to participate in the tour or poor-quality scenery photos. Thank you for your understanding.
• Tour schedules or time spent at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other factors. Please inform those who are aware.
• The company will not provide refunds for those who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be joined mid-way or have alternative transportation arranged, if you are unable to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. • This tour only provides guidance in Chinese or Japanese. If you require an English-speaking guide, please indicate this when placing your order. Arrangements will be made depending on availability, but are not guaranteed. If there is no remark, a Chinese-speaking guide will be assigned by default.
• Children and adults are the same price and require a remark.
• Type of vehicle used: Vehicle will be dispatched according to the number of people. When there are fewer people on the tour, a driver will be arranged to serve as both the driver and the accompanying staff to provide full tour services. A tour leader will not be assigned separately.

Day trip itineraries do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. You must assess your own health or ability. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you
