• The drive to Takachiho is quite long, so you may want to bring some snacks. Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking in the gorge.
• Please note that cherry blossom blooming dates are affected by local weather conditions, and the best views cannot be guaranteed. Please check the local weather and cherry blossom status before placing your order. We cannot accept refunds/compensation requests due to poor cherry blossom blooms or rainy weather. • Type of vehicle: Vehicle type depends on the number of people. For small group tours, a driver will be assigned to provide full tour services. A tour leader will not be assigned separately.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The tour will not be canceled or refunded for this reason.
• During the flower season/autumn foliage season, there will be large crowds and heavy traffic is expected. We recommend bringing your own light snacks.
• The flower viewing period or autumn foliage period may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. After the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering/autumn foliage conditions.
• After the tour departs, if the tour is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual costs incurred. However, return transportation costs or local accommodation costs, and other additional expenses, must be borne by the traveler.
• Day trips do not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. • During Japanese public holidays and peak weekend travel times, there is often heavy traffic or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for that evening, and to bring your own light snacks and a power bank.
