Pre-Departure Notice

• Please ensure that the communication app you provided can be used to contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle and guide information for the next day's trip to your email before 8 PM the day before departure. Please check it carefully (it may be in the spam folder). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the guide or driver in a timely manner. Thank you.
• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel by 6:00 PM local time the day before departure and notify you by email.

Seats and Vehicles

• The tour is a shared group tour, and seat allocation follows the first-come, first-served principle. If you have special needs, please note them, and we will do our best to arrange them, but the final arrangement is subject to the actual situation on site.
• The type of vehicle used will be arranged according to the number of people, and the type of vehicle cannot be specified. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged to also serve as an attendant, and the explanation content may be relatively brief.
• If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustment and Safety

• Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (5,000–10,000 yen/hour, etc.).
• The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stay, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
• If cable cars, cruises, and other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, we will change to other attractions or adjust the length of stay.
• If you are late due to personal reasons, temporarily change the meeting place, or leave the group midway, the fee will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group.

Season and Landscape

• In winter, if expressways are closed or scenic spots have restricted entry due to special circumstances, we will reduce or change the route and cannot provide refunds.

Other Information

• Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for those who are late, and you cannot join the tour midway.
• It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.

* Day trip itineraries do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports all have specific risks and dangers. You must assess your health or ability. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.

* If the trip is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.

* During peak travel periods on Japanese red days and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for that evening, and to bring your own light snacks and power bank.
