- Travelers should ensure they are in good health and have the physical ability to complete the itinerary. Those under 2 years of age, 70 years of age or older, or those with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, visual or auditory impairments, or those who should not travel long distances or to high altitudes, or those with pre-existing medical conditions or physical disabilities, are not suitable for participation. The traveler shall bear any consequences resulting from concealment of health conditions.
- Please provide valid and correct identification information when signing the contract and carry your ID documents with you during the trip. The traveler shall bear any losses caused by forgetting or losing ID documents, such as the inability to board a plane or check into a hotel.
- The times specified in this product itinerary are estimates and may have some deviation in reality. The traveler shall bear any personal, property, or itinerary losses caused by any public transportation. If the traveler is unable to travel due to reasons not attributable to our company, our company shall charge for the expenses already incurred and a business reservation loss fee. If a replacement is needed, a new contract shall be signed. No refunds will be given for those who request to leave the tour after departure. Our company will not compensate for any itinerary changes caused by the traveler for reasons not attributable to our company, and the traveler shall bear any additional costs incurred.
- Please understand the weather and geographical conditions of the destination in advance before departure, and please prepare common warm clothing, heatstroke prevention, sunscreen, rain gear, and common medicines. Please pay attention to personal and property safety when getting on and off the vehicle, while driving, in the hotel, in the scenic area, and at dining locations. Smoking is prohibited in the scenic area. Please take care of public environmental hygiene.
- Rest stops and toilet breaks will be provided along the way during the itinerary. Please prepare small change for payment. Rest after meals, hotel rest, and free activities indicated in the itinerary are all free time. During this time, the traveler is responsible for their own property and personal safety. Please pay attention to safety and do not participate in activities that violate Chinese laws or are otherwise inappropriate.
- There are tourist souvenirs, commemorative photos, Dharma propagation centers, local specialties, and small shops selling various items in the supporting facilities of each scenic spot and along the way. These are not services provided by our company, especially those sold by private vendors, which are not within our control. Please do not bargain if you do not intend to buy. If you are interested, please identify them yourself. Any purchase is a personal behavior, and the traveler shall bear any consequences.
- If standard errors are caused by special reasons, supplements and refunds will be made in accordance with the "Tourism Law" based on the actual situation. Due to special circumstances during the tour, our company reserves the right to temporarily adjust the tour itinerary without reducing the number of tourist attractions visited.
- If the traveler's itinerary is reduced due to force majeure or events that the travel agency or performing assistants cannot avoid despite having fulfilled their reasonable duty of care, our company will refund the expenses that have not occurred. If a stay is caused, our company will assist in arranging it, and the traveler shall bear any additional costs incurred as a result.
- Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary without negotiation will be regarded as a breach of contract by the traveler. The uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and our company will no longer provide refunds and will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the traveler as a result. Normal project refunds (tickets, accommodation) are based on our company's discounted price and not the listed price. The guest shall bear all consequences of unauthorized departure from the group.
- Our company will monitor the quality of the team at any time. Please understand the limitations of group tours for individual travelers and communicate with our company in a timely manner regarding team quality issues so that we can assist in resolving them in a timely manner. Before the end of the tour, please carefully and objectively fill out the "Travel Agency Service Quality Tracking Survey". Our company will not handle feedback that contradicts the opinions signed by the individual after the end of the tour.
- The hotel package includes a choice of two Xiamen four-star hotels: Xiamen Swiss Grand Romwe Hotel/Xiamen Panar Hotel (Xiamen Airport Huli Avenue Branch). If single men or women occur, a room rate supplement is required.
- In the Gulangyu scenic area, guides are prohibited from using megaphones for explanations. In order for tourists to hear the explanation, they can rent wireless headphones from the guide. Usage fee: 20 yuan/person.
