The day before, it was canceled due to a lack of participants, and since I didn't receive any direct contact on my cell phone, I waited in the hotel lobby all day. I only found out that it had been canceled after contacting them myself. When I inquired, they said, "We contacted you the day before via WhatsApp," but I don't usually use WhatsApp, and I was surprised that they would contact me via WhatsApp. Group tours are prone to these kinds of issues, so I recommend a private tour.

This company never proactively contacted us until the day of the activity. Only when we reached out to them were we informed that the tour was canceled. I believe they are irresponsible and wasted a day of our trip. I recommend against booking activities with this provider!
