[Summer Only] Lake Biwa Fireworks Festival & Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine & Baumkuchen Workshop "Kyo Baum Atelier" (Departing from Kyoto)

◆ Special terms and conditions for the event / Weather cancellation policy ◆

• Even in rainy weather, the event will proceed as scheduled if the organizing committee notifies you that the fireworks will be held as scheduled. However, if there is bad weather (such as typhoons, strong storms, etc.) or if the river water level rises, the event may be cancelled if it is dangerous to set off fireworks.
• Unless the organizer officially announces the cancellation of the fireworks before the departure of the tour, the tour will proceed as usual. Please note that the decision to cancel the fireworks is sometimes made by the organizing committee in the early morning of the event day, and the tour staff will notify you on the same day.
• If the fireworks are officially cancelled before the day of departure, we will refund the travel fee in full. Terminate the trip. However, if the fireworks are cancelled due to unexpected weather conditions after departure, no refund will be made. Please understand that the round-trip transportation costs to and from the meeting point are also borne by the passengers.
• If the fireworks are temporarily cancelled or postponed due to unexpected bad weather after the departure of the tour, the travel fee including the viewing seat fee will not be refunded. Please understand and understand in advance.

◆Clothing and belongings◆

• Each person can bring one suitcase-sized baggage.
• The baggage may be placed in the luggage compartment or brought to the seat.
• Please take measures to protect yourself from cold or heat according to the season and weather.

◆Notes◆

• Baumkuchen contains wheat, eggs, dairy products and soy ingredients. If you are allergic to the above allergens, please consider eating according to your own situation.
• This trip mainly provides Chinese explanations, and there are English and Korean staff. If you need it, please make a note when placing an order. (Please note that not all situations can provide designated language services. The final decision will depend on the arrangements of the day and will be made by the company.)
• Due to road conditions, the return time may be significantly delayed. Please understand.
• If you are unable to take other means of transportation due to delayed arrival time, the company will not be responsible for compensation.
• This trip may be shared with other foreign tourists visiting Japan.
• Bus seats cannot be specified. If you need a seat, please ask the accompanying staff on the day.
• There is no toilet in the bus, please make relevant preparations in advance before departure.
• This activity is a group tour, and there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you, please understand.
• If you leave the group on your own during the trip, no fees will be refunded, and if personal and property safety is affected as a result, the consequences must be borne by yourself.
• Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above time is only an estimate. Please avoid arranging other activities after the day's itinerary. If you suffer losses due to delays, our company will not bear the relevant responsibility. Please understand.

◆Participation Restrictions◆

• If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time, it will be deemed to be cancelled and the bus will depart on time. Please be sure to confirm the meeting point and arrive on time.
• Although there are accompanying personnel, no guided tours and explanations are provided.
• For infants aged 0 to 2, each adult can bring 1 free child, but no seats or meals are provided. If you need a seat, please register at the adult price.
