Made the booking two days before and the guide gave a short briefing/qna session the day before at our hotel. They provided us with gears that we didn't prepare, eg. trekking poles and headlamps. We had two guides and they did a great job in leading us throughout the hike - showing the easier/safer way and keep a lookout for us at the steeper sections (plus point they're friendly and funny). Pergasingan Hil's route is rocky/sandy terrain, requiring to climb onto rocks at some sections. It may take 2-3 hours to reach the summit. Beyond that, the sunrise view is top tier and with a Mount Rinjani view too 💯
