SHAO BIN 18 Feb 2019Nice comfortable van came and pick us up on time. had our briefing and we boarded the yatch. very spacious and comfortable. they provided clean towels, snorkelling equipment. lunch was good and they provided gold drinks onboard. ended the tour with coconuts and a glass of champagne. the guide was extremely helpful and spoke good chinese as well! i really enjoyed the slow cruise to the respective islands. Advise: 1) suggest not to go to the beach as it was crowded and hot. 2) if people are expecting fast ride to destination, this is not for you. 3) bring motion-sickness pills if you are prone to sea-sick

mahesh 14 Feb 2019Our trip was supposed to be for racha and maithon island. we had specially booked this trip, as we wanted to go to maithon. however, they did not take us to Maithon island at all! they wasted all the time at Racha island. when we asked them, they said that we have no instructions to take you to Maithon, and that this tour is only for Racha island.Also, we were supposed to get 5 pictures each included in the cost. it wasnt given to us either...we want a refund, as the trip was absolutely unsatisfactory.Thank you for raising your concern to us. It's mostly catered to the chinese tourists with chinese speaking guides, food and down to the music they play on board. But I'm OK with these. What marred the wonderful experience was the operator they hired to pick us up from the hotel. Pick up point was supposed to be at the hotel lobby, but we got a tongue lashing from the driver(pic attached) who insisted we were supposed to look for him at the main road. How was this possible when all the vans looked alike with no signage of the tour agency in sight? Made us feel like criminals and drove like a maniac thru traffic. Frankly we were worried for our lives. Absolute nightmare to an otherwise excellent experience in the catamaran.Thank you for raising your concern to us. Jenifer 13 Jan 2019We were notified by email the day prior to let us know when to expect pick up. We were lucky to get only 8 people on what is suppose to be a 20 passenger boat. The boat itself is very nice, clean and spacious since it's only few of us. The tour started with a briefing and snacks at their office and a short drive to the boat (3-5 mins). We went to Racha island first which took about 1 hour and 30 mins. We were given the option to have lunch first or go to the beach first. There is a 500 baht fee for the water taxi to take you from the catamaran to the beach which was split between the 8 of us. We had an hour at the beach and it was very clean and not very crowded as it's part of a private resort. Afterwards we snorkel off the beach that was for about 45 mins. We had lunch on the boat then headed to corral island instead of maithon island but only to float by and take some pictures without leaving the boat. We were told by the tour guide that we must have gotten on the wrong tour because it was not for maithon island but yet all our booking started Racha and Maithon island. Dont know if that was on purpose or accidental but we had all our names on the sign in sheet for the same tour. I'm not saying they are deceitful or careless but we still enjoyed the tour. Overall good enough but be cautious when booking. -

Anoop 13 Jan 2019We Booked our tour for Racha and Maithon Islands but the Tour operator changed our tour without any concern from us, we came to know it after boarding on boat and when we complained about it to Klook via email and ask Klook in the app and even called local numbers given on the booking Voucher , we haven’t got any response. Lin 13 Jan 2019The whole experience was excellent. The driver who collect us from the hotel in Patong Who arrive 5 mins before the schedule time waiting in the front door. He Drove Van 38. The ride to port was about 40 min after collecting two other couples. Light breakfast like toast and coffee was available and I think one couple was late so we were the last group to depart. The Five crew who look after us were friendly and caring. They were lead by A-Ching Beee and 小鋼砲(call pocket rocket). They show great care in safety and I saw people in the group who weren’t good swimmer went down to snorkel and were help to enjoy their experience by the staff using a floating mattress. The boat was a luxurious yacht and we were serve with a good lunch and cold non alcoholic drinks were available in chilly non. The beach on Racha Island was insanely beautiful with white powder sand and crystal water. Probably only thing is that was not great was unfortunately the coral are not healthy so variety of fish is not as much as say in Fiji or in Hawaii. We enjoy the whole boat cruise experience provided by the crew and company. Definitely would go with them again in the future. -
