To ensure you have a pleasant and smooth journey, please take note of the following:

• Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance. To protect the rights of all passengers, the vehicle will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. We will not call to remind you in advance, so please be punctual.
• Traffic congestion is common on weekends and holidays, and Japanese law stipulates that bus drivers' daily working hours must not be exceeded. Therefore, the duration of stops at each attraction may be adjusted according to the actual road conditions on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
• This itinerary does not include lunch. We recommend you bring your own simple meal or arrange your own meal during free time.
• Pregnant women, people with heart disease, acrophobia, and other special conditions should not participate in this tour, as there is a risk of being refused. Please book with caution.
• The tour guide is mainly responsible for arranging meeting and drop-off times and does not provide detailed explanations of the attractions. Travelers are encouraged to explore and experience on their own.
• The bus may be delayed due to road conditions. In the event that the day's itinerary is canceled due to force majeure factors such as traffic interruption, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

⏳ If there is traffic congestion or bad weather, some attractions may be canceled or the length of stay may be shortened. Travelers with subsequent transportation arrangements are advised to allow sufficient time to avoid delays.

• If a national holiday occurs or an attraction is temporarily closed, the relevant attraction may be replaced or the itinerary may end early. Thank you for your understanding.
• Infants aged 0-3 can travel for free if they do not occupy a separate seat. Please inform us in advance when booking. Children aged 3 and above are charged the same as adults. To ensure vehicle seating arrangements, please inform us in advance of the number of children requiring a seat. If there are not enough seats on the day due to failure to notify in advance, you will not be able to board the bus, and the fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you plan to participate in this tour on the last day of your trip, we recommend avoiding your return date to prevent delays from affecting your subsequent行程. We do not provide compensation for this.
• Each passenger can bring one free piece of carry-on luggage (bag/sack). Suitcases will be charged ¥100 RMB per piece (please note this when booking).
• If you require Sapporo city hotel pick-up service, it can be arranged for an additional ¥1000 JPY per person (pick-up only, no return service included).
