- [Regarding Luggage Allowance] Each person is allowed one free piece of luggage. For each additional piece, you can pay JPY 2000/piece directly to the driver/guide. Please be sure to make a note of this when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- [Regarding Driver/Guide Service] Driver-cum-guide service: for intimate small groups of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: for bus tours of 14-45 people. Actual arrangements will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day of departure. The driver-cum-guide will primarily focus on driving, with guiding as a secondary function.
- [Regarding Force Majeure] Arrival times at each stop may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on-site. We ask for your understanding, and refunds will not be granted for this reason.
- [Regarding Late Arrival and Refunds] As the day tour is a shared service, if you are late at the meeting point or at any attraction, we will not wait for you, and no refund will be given.

The vehicles listed above are for reference only, and actual arrangements will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day of departure.
