5* for quick, attentive service on a lively, friday evening - there were groups with kids but no table had more than 6 diners (we were there 6-8.30pm).. it wasnt a huge restaurant and we were well spaced out and safely distanced. Special 5* to Helena - she was warm, experienced and accommodated our request for a table by the window, patiently explained the shell out and buffet menu and checked on us now and then, offering extra gloves,more water and the unexpected slice of cake with lighted candle and birthday song for our birthday girl! 4.8* for the food - the shell out with laksa sauce was a shiok combo, the beef stew was alright, steamed fish was a bit dry but dessert was yummilicious (especially the gula melaka creme caramel in the tiniest sauce pot!) and the darkest double fudge chocolate with cake. We would have gotten the prata with butter chicken, mee siam and laksa spaghetti like the next table, alas the shell out filled us (we had mantous to clean up the yummy laksa sauce too) 5* for atmosphere - we loved being by the window on that grey and rainy evening while cracking, picking and prying shells.. and finishing with good coffee and cake. Lovely experience :)

Service staff are helpful and friendly. Reasonable variety of food considering the price we are paying using the Klook voucher. Food is to our liking, ie, spicy. Non-spicy dishes available too. Like it that durian mooncakes are available as it is the mid-autumn fest currently. Overall, was a genuinely great experience!

it's a comfortable quite place to chat and have relax afternoon. Food serving portion is small, just good enough so that you may order more choice. We are also happy to be served by Helena. She is definitely helpful , experience and friendly. She patiently teaches me how to use the scan app to order, which I don't know and also slow in learning 😃

Good ambience. Very classic tea set. But the neighbour table ladies were talking too loud.

We have fun and enjoyable moment at Window on the Park. The food is nice. varieties of food available to choose from international to local food. The staff was very friendly and approachable. recommended eating at the window on the park.

meat was good and their laksa wok fry seafood was delicious however there is no cold seafood selection. The only seafood available was crab, prawn mussels & clams that would be stir fry with your selected sauce. Service staff were friendly and warm. The restaurant food menu was more towards the Asian dishes. Not much of international spread.

Redemption of voucher is fast n easy. Went during the CNY period, so a portion of smoked salmon yusheng is given. Really good value considering most places charge extra for yusheng. Service is good and the staff are friendly! Like most places, its ala carte buffet format, so you just need to scan a qrcode n place your orders online. Food is okay. The appertiser plate is good. Prawns on ice are sweet n fresh. Cooked food okay. I dun like the desserts though. Comes with coffee n tea too. Enjoyed my lunch!

It was a nice & cosy ambience for a get-together with friends. Food were decently nice & in the right portion.
