Traffic congestion is expected during peak travel seasons in Japan on weekends and holidays (especially around the Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th). Some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. We recommend not booking dinner, flights, or bullet trains, and bringing snacks and portable chargers. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests, but since this is a shared tour, seating is primarily on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please indicate them in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordinator of the tour guide on the day. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
• Please note: As this is a group tour, there may be guests of other languages traveling with you. We appreciate your understanding.
• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people required for the tour, the tour will be cancelled and you will be notified of the cancellation by email 1 day prior to departure.
• In the event of bad weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made 1 day prior to departure (local time 18:00) as to whether the tour will be cancelled, and you will be notified by email as soon as possible thereafter. Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening of the tour. We apologize for any delays.
• Our company is not responsible for and cannot offer refunds or rescheduling due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather that prevent participation in the tour, or poor quality of photos taken. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please be aware that the itinerary or length of stay at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc.
• The company will not issue a refund if a passenger abandons the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be transferred to other services or joined midway, if you are unable to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. • Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket, and must be noted.
• Children under 2 years old can participate free of charge without a seat, but this must be noted. If it is not noted, arrangements cannot be made. Type of vehicle: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. • Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The tour will not be cancelled or refunded for this reason. Thank you for your understanding.
• As there will be large crowds during the flower season/autumn foliage season, there is a possibility of severe traffic jams. We recommend bringing your own snacks.
• The flowering/autumn foliage season may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering/autumn foliage situation. Thank you for your understanding.
• Day tour does not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers.
