• This activity requires a minimum of 10 people to form a group. If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will arrange a reschedule or provide a full refund.
• If the number of participants suddenly decreases to below the minimum group size within 3 days before departure, the organizer may still contact you to process a full refund and cancel the activity, or negotiate a reschedule.
• The price for this tour product is the same for adults, children, and infants.
• Infants who do not occupy a seat may need to purchase tickets for some attractions at their own expense. If you require a seat and meals (only for tours that provide meals), please register at the adult ticket price.
• This tour primarily offers explanations in Chinese and Japanese, with English- and Korean-speaking staff available. If needed, please indicate your preference when placing your order. (Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of your requested language service in all situations, as it will depend on the arrangements on the day.)
• There will be staff on the bus, but professional guided tours of attractions are not provided.
• This tour may be combined with other foreign visitors to Japan.
• Depending on the number of participants, a medium- or small-sized bus may be used. Sometimes the driver may also serve as the accompanying staff, which we appreciate your understanding.
• Seating cannot be specified in advance. If you have special requests, you can inform the staff on the day of the tour.
• There are no restrooms on the bus, so please make the necessary preparations before departure.
• We will send information about the meeting location, time, and guide for the tour between 18:00 and 20:00 the night before departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail folder first. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. Thank you.
• Those who do not show up at the meeting time will be considered as a cancellation, and no further notice or refund will be provided.
• Unless there are special circumstances, our staff will not actively contact or notify passengers.
• Unless there is extreme weather, the activity will proceed as scheduled even if it rains, and the tour will not be canceled.

Clothing and Items to Bring Each person can bring 1 piece of luggage. Depending on the situation, it may need to be placed in the luggage compartment or next to the seat. Please prepare for cold or hot weather according to the season and weather conditions.

Other Notes

• Due to the limited number of seats on the Tango Railway train, we may not be able to ensure that every passenger has a seat during crowded periods. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
• The order of the itinerary, duration of stops, departure and arrival times may change depending on traffic or weather conditions.
• If delays cause you to miss connecting transportation, any additional transportation or accommodation costs incurred will be your responsibility.
• If the activity is canceled due to weather or other reasons on the day, you will be notified by phone or email. If you do not receive a notification, the tour will proceed as normal.
• If you are late or unable to participate due to delays in your own transportation, you will be considered absent and will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
