- The total duration of the car charter service is 10 hours. The last service time is at 8:00 PM. It is recommended to plan your departure time so that you can fully enjoy the sights
- Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Please note that the operator can provide only up to 2 child safety seats per vehicle for an additional surcharge. If you require a child safety seat, please book it separately. One child seat occupies 1.5 seats inside the vehicle
- The driver can only speak basic English, but there will be an online staff to assist for English services
- Service area: Within 100km from your hotel
Surcharge table
- Outside service hours:
- JPY 5,000 per hour
- Extra mileage:
- JPY 400 per kilometer
- Once you have booked your charter, the operator will reconfirm the amount in advance and will be in touch to notify you of your applicable surcharges. Surcharges can be booked directly and in advance under the service’s Package Options
- Overcharge surcharge fees must be payable in cash directly to the driver
- Please note that for overtime beyond 10 hours or services rendered from 20:00-22:00, less than 1 hour of service will also be considered as 1 hour for the outside service hours surcharge fee
- If the return trip is overtime due to traffic conditions, there is no need to pay any overtime fee
- In case an overtime fee and the extra milage fee occur at the same time, only the higher amount would be charged
