- This tour is a small group tour of 2-6 people. There may be situations where you need to wait for other guests to be picked up. Please follow the instructions of the staff and we appreciate your understanding.
- Gubei Water Town is a smoke-free scenic area. All rooms in the scenic area are non-smoking. Smoking in the room will incur a deep cleaning fee of 500 RMB per room.
- Please take good care of your valuables and personal emergency medicines during the tour.
- The first entrance ticket to the scenic spot refers to the first entrance ticket charged by the scenic spot. It does not include separately charged small scenic spots within the scenic spot, or other fees that need to be charged separately within the scenic spot. Gubei Water Town scenic spot tickets are included in the package and there are no preferential policies. No ticket price difference refunds will be given for special groups!
- In case of delays due to transportation capacity, weather, equipment failure, or other reasons, we will do our best to coordinate. If necessary, we will adjust the itinerary. Please cooperate and understand.
- Check-out time is before 12:00 noon on the day of departure. As it takes time to clean the room after check-out, especially during holidays, the guaranteed check-in time is after 15:00 on the same day. You can have lunch first and then check in.
- The outbound and return journeys may not be on the same vehicle, but we will serve you wholeheartedly.
- It takes about 30 minutes for the Gubei Water Town tour guide to process tickets and admission procedures. However, during peak tourist seasons, there will be queues at the travel agency processing windows, which will increase the processing time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- The tour guide will assist you with admission and check-in procedures. Please be patient as the waiting time may be long during holidays.
- Luggage can be checked into the hotel free of charge. Please be sure to bring your ID.
