• To enter the scenic area, you must use the original of your ID card/passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan travel permit. Please be sure to bring the document you filled in when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic area due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• Intoxicated people and tourists with ear, nose, epilepsy, mental illness, tuberculosis, diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, asthma, high (low) blood pressure and other diseases cannot engage in diving activities; children under 10 years old cannot engage in diving activities. The above disease types are just brief examples. If tourists have other diseases that may not be suitable for participating in tourism activities, please proactively inform or consult the travel agency.
• Pay attention to the weather conditions. Snorkeling is not suitable on cloudy, rainy, or windy days.
• Snorkeling essentials (mask, snorkel, and fins) are indispensable.
• Pay attention to safety when snorkeling. You must snorkel in designated areas and be accompanied by a coach or staff member.
• Throughout the activity, be sure to follow the instructions of the tour guide or staff.

Private Car Transfer Service:

• Pick-up and drop-off area: Haitang District, Jiyang District, Tianya District, Yazhou District, Sanya
• The pick-up and drop-off service only includes one round trip. If the round trip has been used on the first day, you will need to take care of your own transportation to and from the island on the second day; If you stay on the island on the first day, you can be sent back to your Sanya hotel when you leave the island on the second day.
• There is no time limit for use, just communicate the time with the driver/customer service.
