- When booking, please provide the names and contact phone numbers of all participants. Our local ground staff will contact you via SMS or phone at least 8 hours in advance. The driver or staff will pick you up at the designated location and transfer you to the hotel. Please provide the name you reserved under and the number of rooms needed at the hotel front desk to check in. The hotel room rate includes breakfast for two people only; additional breakfasts will be at your own expense (children over 1.2 meters are considered adults).
- If any agreed-upon attractions or other items (excluding complimentary or upgraded items) on the itinerary cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure, we will only replace them according to the tourist's wishes or refund the cost price of the group purchase. For complimentary or free upgrade items on the itinerary, no refunds or replacements will be provided if they cannot be realized due to force majeure or the tourist's own reasons or voluntary abandonment.
- To ensure the service quality of this product, tourists who wish to choose "additional exciting night entertainment programs" must sign a voluntary written agreement before the tour guide can arrange them.
- If tourists need to add shopping or participate in separately paid tourism projects, they need to negotiate with the local travel agency and sign relevant voluntary contracts or certificates locally. Please consume rationally.
- Hotel standards in some parts of Guizhou are lower than in mainland China. In special circumstances such as peak season hotel room shortages or temporary government requisition, our company reserves the right to adjust to hotels of the same standard. Natural single rooms are not provided throughout the trip, and single room supplements or extra bed fees must be paid by the guest. Hotel check-out time is limited to 12:00 PM. Guests with late return flights are advised to store their luggage at the hotel front desk and enjoy free time or rent a hourly room at their own expense for rest.
- Guizhou is a mountainous area at high altitude. The distance between attractions is far, and the driving time is too long. Insufficient transportation capacity in some scenic spots may lead to long waiting times. Please cooperate with the coordination work of the tour guide or scenic spot staff. Tourists over 60 years old with limited mobility (including pregnant women) need to fill out the scenic spot's disclaimer.
- Tour meals are simple meals and there may be differences in taste. As the saying goes, "It is difficult to satisfy everyone's taste." As the saying goes, "It's good to be at home for a thousand days, but it's difficult to go out for even half a day." You can choose whatever you want at home, but you can't have everything your way outside. You must be prepared to adapt to local customs.
- The return flight/high-speed train/train time on the day's itinerary needs to be booked after 15:00 (3:00 PM) to prevent losses caused by force majeure affecting the return time. For unified group departures, guests who require separate transfers from our company will be charged 30 yuan/person.
- Since the Fanjingshan scenic area implements a full online real-name ticket purchase system and limits the number of tickets that can be purchased daily, it is very difficult to grab tickets. Our company will do its best to grab tickets, but we cannot guarantee 100% success.
- If the Fanjingshan East Gate reservation is not successful, we will choose to enter from the Fanjingshan West Gate (if there are tickets available at the West Gate) [Tour method: Walk uphill for about 3 hours to visit, take the cable car back]. If the guest voluntarily gives up the visit, no refunds will be given, please be aware. The travel agency will adjust to other scenic spots or refund the ticket difference according to the situation.
- Zhenyuan Ancient Town and Qingyan Ancient Town are complimentary attractions. If they cannot be visited due to force majeure, no refunds will be given.
- During peak season, if there are no rooms available in Kaili/Xijiang hotels, accommodation will be arranged in surrounding area hotels.
