- After placing the order, our colleagues will contact you and ask you to provide the first page photo of the traveler's passport/return permit/ID card.
- When registering for the tour, please reserve the name and contact phone number of the participant. The local pick-up staff will contact you by SMS or phone more than 8 hours in advance. The pick-up driver or staff will pick you up at the station and take you to the hotel. Please report the name reserved during the tour and the number of rooms used at the hotel front desk to get the room and check in; the hotel room rate only includes breakfast for two, and you will be responsible for the excess (children over 1.2 meters are considered adults).
- If the agreed scenic spots and other items (non-gift, upgrade type) cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure factors during the itinerary, they will only be replaced according to the tourist's wishes or refunded at the team purchase cost price; for gift, free upgrades and other items during the itinerary, no refunds or replacements will be given if they cannot be realized due to force majeure factors or due to the tourist's own reasons or voluntary abandonment.
- In order to ensure the service quality of this product, tourists must voluntarily sign a written document if they need to choose "additional wonderful night entertainment programs" before the tour guide can arrange it.
- If tourists need to add shopping or participate in separately paid tourism projects, they need to negotiate with the local travel agency and sign relevant voluntary contracts or certificates locally. Please consume rationally.
- The standards of some hotels in Guizhou are lower than those in mainland China. In case of special circumstances such as tight hotel rooms during peak season or temporary requisition by the government, our company has the right to adjust to hotels of the same standard. Natural single rooms are not provided throughout the entire journey, and single room supplements or extra bed fees must be paid by yourself; hotels are limited to check-out at AM12:00. For those returning on late flights, it is recommended to store luggage at the hotel front desk and enjoy free activities or pay for hourly room rest.
- Guizhou belongs to the plateau mountain area, and the span between scenic spots is far, and the driving time is too long. Insufficient transportation capacity of some scenic spot transfer vehicles may cause excessive queuing time; please cooperate with the coordination work of tour guides or scenic spot staff; tourists over 60 years old with mobility problems (including pregnant women) need to fill in the disclaimer of the scenic spot.
- Tour meals are simple meals, and there are differences in taste. It is difficult to cater to all tastes. As the saying goes: "It is good to be at home for a thousand days, but it is difficult to go out for half a day." You can be frugal or extravagant at home, but you can't have everything you want outside. You must be prepared to adapt to local conditions.
- The return flight/high-speed train/train time on the day of the itinerary needs to be booked after 15:00 to prevent losses caused by force majeure factors affecting the return time. For unified group departures, customers who need our company to send them separately will be charged 30 yuan/person.
- Since the Fanjingshan Scenic Area implements a full online real-name ticket purchase system and limits the number of tickets that can be purchased every day, it is very difficult to grab tickets. Our company will do its best to grab tickets, but it cannot guarantee 100% success.
- If the Fanjingshan East Gate reservation fails, we will choose to enter from the Fanjingshan West Gate (if there are tickets at the West Gate) [Visit method: walk for about 3 hours to climb the mountain and return by cable car]. If the customer voluntarily gives up the visit, no refunds will be given. The travel agency will adjust to other scenic spots or refund the ticket difference according to the situation.
- Zhenyuan Ancient City and Qingyan Ancient Town are complimentary scenic spots, and no refunds will be given if they cannot be visited due to irresistible factors.
- During the peak season, if there are no rooms in Kaili/Xijiang hotels, hotels in surrounding areas will be arranged.
