- Due to Qinghai's relatively underdeveloped economy and high altitude, dining and accommodation conditions are not comparable to those in mainland China. The cuisine is also influenced by ethnic minority dietary customs, with a strong Hui flavor. Visitors should try to adapt and respect local customs. Additionally, tourist destinations such as Qinghai Lake may have slightly undercooked rice due to the high altitude, which is normal.
- In Northwestern regions such as Qinghai, Ningxia, and Gansu, there are large Muslim communities, including the Hui, Salar, Dongxiang, and Kazakh people. Islam is prevalent, and visitors should be mindful of local customs and religious beliefs. In most parts of Northwest China, ethnic groups that practice Islam do not eat pork, and this is a taboo that should not be violated.
- No shopping stops are included in the itinerary. Some restaurants and tourist attractions may have shops and shopping areas, but these are not tourist shops arranged by our company.
