Good to know
- Our Chinese-speaking drivers provide pick-up and drop-off services but are not permitted to accompany you inside the scenic area.
- According to Yulong River scenic area’s safety regulations: Children under 1.0 meters tall and individuals over 70 years old are not allowed to ride bamboo rafts at certain piers. We will arrange bamboo rafts from other piers for you.
- According to Li River scenic area’s safety regulations: Children under 1.0 meters tall and individuals over 70 years old are not allowed to ride bamboo rafts on the Li River. We will arrange a Xingping cruise departing from Xingping Town for you, lasting approximately 1.5 hours.
- The maximum weight capacity for a Yulong River double bamboo raft is 160 kg. If the combined weight of two people exceeds this limit, please inform our customer service in advance. We recommend purchasing an additional raft ticket on-site or choosing a four-person leisure raft.
- Yulong River bamboo raft tickets can only be purchased online before 20:00 (8 PM) on the day before departure. For this activity, we will arrange the pier for your bamboo raft ride based on the traffic on the day of your experience. Commonly used piers include Shui'edi, Jinlong Bridge, Fuli Bridge, Jima, and Jiuxian.
- During major holidays such as Labor Day and National Day, as well as the summer peak season, the waiting times at the Yulong River bamboo raft piers and Xingping piers are very long. We do not accept designated pier requests during holidays. To ensure your travel experience, our customer service will coordinate the order and timing of your itinerary with you after your reservation.
- Please be sure to provide your ID number, date of birth, and contact information so that our customer service can help you book boat tickets and purchase insurance.
- The tickets included in this product are discounted tickets. Seniors and children already enjoy discounts, so no price difference can be refunded.
- If you are satisfied with the driver's service, you may voluntarily give a tip after the trip. The suggested standard is (¥100/group) to express your encouragement and support for the driver's hard work.
