Vehicle Options:
- Please note: The standard luggage size is 24". Luggages with a size of 28" or over will be considered 2 pieces
- 5 Seater: Group of 1-4
- 7 Seater: Group of 1-6
- 9 Seater: Group of 1-8
- 14 Seater: Group of 1-12
Additional Information:
- If you would like an English-speaking driver, please indicate in the special request box upon checkout
- Children aged 0-6 must use a child seat according to Japan law
- Please let us know if you require a child seat in the space provided at the checkout page. One child seat can be provided for free, thereafter there will be an additional surcharge of JPY1,700 per child seat, to be paid in cash directly to the driver. Please note that 1 child seat takes up to 1.5 in the vehicle's total seating capacity
- When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size and luggage pieces. The driver reserves the right to cancel the service in cases where the size of the traveling party or the luggage pieces do not fit their chosen vehicle, or whatever circumstances that are in violation of local regulations. No refunds will be given
- The vehicles cannot accommodate wheelchairs and baby strollers

- In cases of extreme weather, you will be notified via phone call or email if the charter service will push through or if it's canceled. In case of cancelations, you may request for a full refund
- Please make sure to indicate your contact information at the checkout page. Kindly enable your phone's international roaming 24 hours before your pick up time so that you can be contacted. If you cannot be reached, you will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be issued
