[Important Information Before Departure]

• You will not receive a separate pre-departure email for this tour. Please arrive at the designated meeting location on time as per the information on the product page. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made the day before departure (12:00 local time) as to whether to cancel the tour, and you will be notified by email.
• Each passenger can bring one 29-inch luggage.

[Meeting and Departure]

• We recommend that you arrive at the meeting point in advance to avoid missing the departure time.
• This is a shared tour, and to protect the rights of all passengers and ensure the smooth running of the tour, we will depart on time. We appreciate your understanding that we will not wait for latecomers.
• No refunds will be given for lateness due to personal reasons. Please be sure to adhere to the meeting time.
• There are many exits and complicated routes at the Kyoto meeting point, please arrive early and wait patiently for the vehicle or tour leader.

[Contact Information]

• Unless there are special circumstances, the driver/guide will not proactively contact you in advance.
• If you do not wish to return to the departure point with the group after the tour, please indicate this in the remarks column when booking; if you decide on the spot, you must sign a Traditional Chinese/English waiver before leaving the group on your own.

[Weather and Temporary Changes]

• The duration and order of stops may be adjusted based on the weather and road conditions on the day.
• If, due to unforeseen circumstances, some facilities cannot operate during the tour, a partial refund will be provided. However, as the facility fees included in the tour price differ from the publicly posted facility prices, refunds cannot be based on the publicly posted facility prices. [Notes for Children and the Elderly]

• Children under 7 years of age who wish to experience the chairlift must be accompanied by an adult sitting on their lap, facing forward.
• If children or the elderly are unable to ride the chairlift, please ask the tour guide to help arrange a ride on the monorail (at no extra charge). However, the monorail runs every 20 minutes, which may affect the overall tour time. Thank you for your understanding.

[Tour Guide Service]

• This tour primarily provides commentary in Mandarin Chinese. There is no guarantee that staff will be available to provide support in English, Japanese, or Korean on the day.
• The tour leader is not a professional tour guide and will only provide a brief explanation of the itinerary and attractions, without in-depth guiding. Thank you for your understanding.
