During peak travel seasons in Japan on weekends and holidays (especially around the Bon Festival from August 13th to 16th), traffic congestion is common, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened based on actual conditions. We recommend not booking dinner, plane, or Shinkansen (bullet train) tickets and bringing snacks and a portable charger. • We will contact you via email by 18:00 the day before the tour to inform you of the guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check your email promptly. During peak seasons, there may be delays. If you do not receive the information, be sure to check your email for notifications.
• Please be aware that Japanese law stipulates that vehicle usage time cannot exceed 10 hours. The guide will adjust the itinerary based on the actual conditions of the day, which may include removing destinations from the itinerary.
• Please note: As this is a group tour, there may be guests speaking other languages traveling in the same vehicle. We appreciate your understanding.
• To ensure your smooth travel, please be sure to confirm the meeting location. Once confirmed, please avoid changing it at the last minute. We regret that refunds will not be provided if you are unable to board due to changing the meeting location for personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
• We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared tour, seating is primarily allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seating for you. The final arrangement is subject to the guide's coordination on the day. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.
• In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure, the park may delay or change the operating hours of rides or show times without prior notice, or even cancel some operations and performances.
• This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, staff have the right to request guests to suspend outdoor activities and communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day.
• Transportation, tour, and stopover times mentioned in the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions on the day. In special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the guide may, with the consent of the guests, reasonably adjust the order of attractions or reduce the number of attractions in the itinerary.
• We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers. Specific vehicle types cannot be specified.
• It is not possible to leave the group early or depart mid-tour. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be given.
