We thought our bus was arriving to pick us up at 18:10 but if when we clicked pick up info, it gave us another time at 19:00. So just be aware of that and it should be fine. The driver was nice, he read our names to make sure he’s picking up the right people. He didn’t speak English but he used a translation app to tell us when to come back. So besides the pick up time that was weird. Everything went well.

Avoid if you can! The time on Klooks site as well as the duration of the trip said one thing and something completely different happened. We were meant to originally be collected at 6.40pm, the company on the day tells us, the time is 7.55pm, after chasing, he arrived at 8.10pm! We were then told, we would be collected at 11.30pm. That isn't 4 hours. Pointless journey as we were always clock watching! On the way home, the driver wasn't where he said he would be bringing the vehicle so were waiting around and all the way home he was on a call and very loud. No consideration for the passengers and what time it was and that people might be tired. Very disappointed.
