From Vienna: Guided day tour to Budapest

I didn’t get what I paid for. I booked this tour as I only wanted to visit Budapest having already visited Bratislava a few days ago. the itinerary also states 4 hr in Budapest. when we joined to tour in the morning, the guide said the tour is combined with Bratislava so 2.5h in Budapest and 1-2hr in Bratislava. we felt the time in Budapest was too short. the guide Matus was v friendly and polite though.

The tour I booked was different from the course I requested. It was supposed to be a course only for Budapest, but it included a tour of Slovakia as well. It was nice to be able to visit two countries, but I had a reason for wanting just Budapest, so it's a little disappointing. The pick-up and drop-off service at the hotel was convenient and good. The guide was also kind and explained everything diligently. I was glad it was in easy-to-understand English.

It’s really a good city tour. I had a fantastic Budapest day tour yesterday! Our guide was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The explanations about the city’s history and culture were clear and very interesting, which made the whole experience much more meaningful. It was a very long day and I am very happy with our tour guide Samuel travelling to Budapest and Slovakia as well . I didn’t know I’m going to 2 countries, he make us safe very knowledgeable and he know his stuff I will recommend him as best tour guide I had . I hope I get him again on my next adventure. pls give him a raise he deserve it . this Is grace from sydney .
