Pre-Departure Notice
- Please ensure the communication app you provided remains accessible during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day prior to the tour. We will send the vehicle and guide information for the next day's departure to your email by 8:00 PM the day before departure. Please check your inbox (and spam folder). To ensure a smooth departure, please contact your guide or driver promptly. Thank you.
- If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel by 6:00 PM local time the day before departure and notify you by email.
Seating and Vehicle
- This is a group tour, and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requests, please note them, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be subject to on-site conditions.
- The type of vehicle used depends on the number of participants and cannot be specified. For small groups, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanations may be more concise.
- If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. You will be required to pay compensation according to local standards if any damage is caused.
Itinerary Adjustments and Safety
- Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If this time is exceeded, additional charges will apply (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour).
- The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, or other circumstances. The guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
- If facilities such as cable cars or cruise ships are suspended due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited or the duration of the stop will be adjusted.
- No refunds will be given for lateness, changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group.
Seasons and Scenery
- In winter, if highways are closed or scenic spots have restricted access due to special circumstances, we will reduce or change the route. No refunds will be given.
Other Information
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.
Day tours do not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers. You must assess your health or ability. The company is not liable for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.
If the tour is forced to be cancelled due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, no refunds will be given, and travelers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.
During peak seasons such as Japanese public holidays ("red days") and weekends, traffic congestion is common and attractions may close early. We advise against booking flights, Shinkansen (bullet train), or dinner for the same evening and recommend bringing light snacks and a portable charger.
