- The tour guide or staff will contact you around 21:30-22:30 the day before to inform you of the specific meeting time and place for the next day. Please keep your phone accessible.
- In the event of force majeure or policy adjustments that prevent visits to attractions, our company has the right to cancel or replace the attraction, but will not be liable for any losses or responsibilities caused thereby. Complimentary attractions in the itinerary are non-refundable if they cannot be visited.
- If a guest leaves the group or changes the itinerary midway due to personal reasons, our company cannot refund the fees, and the guest shall bear any other expenses incurred.

- If a tourist voluntarily leaves the team or abandons tourist attractions during the trip for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver, and the fee will not be refunded.

- The travel agency does not recommend tourists to participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency prohibits tourists from swimming in rivers, lakes, and seas. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences of tourists' unauthorized actions.
- Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency and must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to the tourist's physical discomfort.

- Hotel pick-up details: The tour guide will pick up guests at designated locations starting at 6:30. The pick-up time is between 07:00-8:30 in the morning, subject to the telephone notice from the tour guide before departure in the morning. If you live in a hotel within the Second Ring Road, you can wait in the hotel for a special car to pick you up (the time it takes for the vehicle to travel while waiting for and picking up other guests may be up to about 1.5 hours). If you do not want to wait, you can also go to the designated location to wait for the bus. Guests outside the Second Ring Road can go to a landmark location within the Second Ring Road to wait for the bus.
- Seats are not assigned on this route. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis on the tourist bus. We do not accept special requests for seats as far forward as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
- The travel agency does not arrange shopping stops in the product route, but many places along the way (such as: scenic spots, hotels, restaurants, airports, train stations, etc.) have shopping stores inside. These are not arranged by the travel agency, and our company cannot guarantee the quality of their goods. Please choose carefully.
- For return tourists, the reference time for major transportation is: trains after 16:00, high-speed trains after 16:30, and airplanes after 18:00.
- Xi'an Museum and Da Ci'en Temple attractions are complimentary. No refunds will be given if you do not go. No explanations are included. If it is closed on Tuesday, it will be regarded as a voluntary cancellation.
