📍 【Pick-up and Drop-off Range】 For bus tours, you need to gather at the nearest meeting point at a hotel within Guilin city. Please consult Klook customer service for details. If the hotel is located outside the city, there may be additional charges. Please contact customer service in advance to confirm the specifics.
🕖 Time Arrangement: The group tour departure time is approximately 7:00 AM, and the trip usually ends around 6:00 PM in the evening, with drop-off back at the hotel or pick-up point. The exact meeting time will be notified again the day before the tour. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance to wait.
⚠️ Note: Pregnant women, seniors aged 70 (inclusive) or above, and tourists with heart disease, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, alcoholism, or mobility issues are strictly prohibited from riding bamboo rafts. Children under 1 meter in height are prohibited from riding rafts; children 1 meter (inclusive) or above must purchase a full ticket and must ride with an adult.
⚖️ Weight Restrictions and Fees: According to scenic area regulations, each double bamboo raft is limited to 2 people, and there are strict weight requirements: if a single person exceeds 100 kg or the total weight of two people exceeds 160 kg, they must ride separately. Overweight tourists will need to pay an additional empty raft fee of 100 yuan per person. Please be aware of and confirm this before purchasing tickets and riding the raft.
