- When joining the tour in Beijing, please ensure that guests bring valid identification documents (expired documents are not valid).
- Tourists must pay attention to their personal safety and carry valuables with them. Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take care of your personal belongings during the trip. The travel agency is not liable for any losses due to improper personal safekeeping.
- You must bring valid identification documents with you when departing. Tourists are responsible for any losses caused by failure to present valid identification documents, such as failure to check in, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit scenic spots.
- Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency. They must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not liable for any accidents caused by the tourist's physical discomfort.
- The travel agency does not recommend tourists to participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences of tourists' unauthorized actions.
- If tourists leave the group or change the itinerary on their own for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the tourists will be responsible for other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom (if tourists leave the group, the relevant fees will not be refunded, and an additional off-group fee of 100 yuan/person/day will be charged).
- Upon arrival at the hotel, you need to go to the front desk to register your name and check in. When checking in, you need to pay a deposit of 100-300 yuan depending on the hotel. If any items in the room are damaged or the room card is lost, you need to compensate the hotel for the loss. If there is no damage to the items or other consumption, the full deposit will be returned upon check-out with the deposit slip.
- The default arrangement is a twin room for two adults. This itinerary does not allow for room sharing. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one "single room supplement"; a single room will be arranged for you if you are traveling alone; if three adults are traveling, purchase one additional "single room supplement" and two rooms will be arranged for you.
