- Taxi: A 5-minute taxi ride from the train station will cost 10 RMB.
- Airport Bus: Take the airport bus to the final stop, [Provincial Passenger Transport Center], then transfer to bus routes 28 or 35 to Kangle Station, or take a 10-minute taxi to the meeting point; a taxi from the airport takes about half an hour to the meeting point (approximately 60 RMB in the off-season, and approximately 100 RMB in the peak season); the airport bus takes 45 minutes (excluding waiting time for the bus) and costs 21 RMB per person.
- If there are few flight options to Xining or the prices are high, you can also choose to arrive in Lanzhou first (Lanzhou West to Xining bullet train takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes, Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport to Xining bus takes 3.5 hours). Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport has a direct airport bus to Xining Building. You can also choose to take the city rail from Zhongchuan Airport to Lanzhou West Railway Station (30 minutes), then take the bullet train to Xining Railway Station (1 hour and 10 minutes). You can transfer within the station to save time. High-speed trains to Xining depart from the railway station almost every hour during the day, which is very convenient. Summer is the peak tourist season in Northwest China, so please book your tickets in advance: you can book through Ctrip, Qunar, Tuniu, etc.
