- After placing an order, please keep your phone line open. Our customer service will verify your identity information and cabin class before issuing the ticket. You will be notified of the specific departure time and ticket collection method before 22:00 one day prior to departure.
- Valid for the specified date and time only. Please arrive at the pier at least 40 minutes in advance with your ID card to collect your ticket and pass through security.
- Regarding your bus transfer arrangements, our customer service staff will confirm the specific boarding arrangements with you in advance. If your hotel is located in a remote area of the city center, the bus may not be able to reach it directly. In this case, you are advised to go to the designated boarding point in the city center to take the bus. Thank you!

- Real-name purchase is required. You must provide the ID card number or other documents of the boarding passenger (Hong Kong tourists need to provide their Mainland Travel Permit, Taiwan tourists need to provide their Taiwan Compatriot Permit, and foreign tourists need to provide their passport). For children's tickets, if there is no ID card, you need to inform the guardian's ID number. The guardian's ID number must be included in this cruise (customer service will confirm the ID information with you after placing the order).
- Seats are randomly assigned by the scenic area's computer system, and it is not guaranteed that they will be consecutive. If necessary, please coordinate with other tourists on-site to exchange seats.
- Guilin city hotels (excluding surrounding counties) - Mobanshan Pier one-way shuttle bus shared transfer, the customer service will notify the meeting place and departure time before 22:00 one day in advance.
- According to relevant regulations, foreign tourists purchasing Lijiang River Three-Star Cruise tickets need to complete real-name registration. After the order is successfully placed, our customer service staff will contact you proactively. Please cooperate and provide a clear electronic version (scanned copy or high-definition photo) of your passport information page (including name, passport number, photo, and validity period) to ensure that all information is complete and legible. Pick-up Service Description: Our buses will provide pick-up service at designated stops in Guilin city. Not all hotels can be directly stopped to pick up passengers (Warm reminder: some hotels cannot stop buses). The specific arrangements are as follows: For hotels within the pick-up route, we will arrange pick-up at the nearest stop; For hotels not on the pick-up route, please go to the nearest meeting point to take the bus;
About Luggage: Travelers can bring suitcases. Both the bus and the three-star cruise ship have dedicated luggage storage areas.
Important Notice: To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time according to the agreed time to take the bus. As the bus needs to take into account the itinerary arrangements of other tourists, we will not be able to wait individually. If you fail to arrive on time due to personal reasons, please arrange your own transportation to Mobanshan Pier (such as taking a taxi). If you miss the cruise departure time due to this reason, the ticket will be automatically invalidated and no refund will be given, and the resulting losses will be borne by you.
