Eligibility
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Children aged 0-14 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Junior tickets are only valid for those aged 3+ with a height of 122 cm or below. They will be measured at the venue and may be asked to amend the purchase; an exchange fee applies
- Free for children aged 0-2
- Children aged under 14 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is 14 years and above, holding a valid admission ticket
- Junior tickets are valid for those below 1.22 meters in height
- Children under 3 years can enter MERYAL for free, but will require a ticket that will be issued from ticketing booths

- Please note that due to mechanical issues, Rapid Refinery will operate 2 hours a day only
- The wave pool will be closed starting 5 February till further notice. Alghazal and a few other rides may be closed for maintenance purposes. Please call +974-4144-4000 to get the latest update
- For your own health and safety, appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times when using the park's attractions and if wearing inappropriate attire, you might be asked to change or leave the premises. If you wish to buy bathing suits, there is a selection of swimwear and casual clothes in the retail outlets. It is a condition of entry to the park
- Suitable options include tankinis, two-piece bikinis, dress skirts, burqinis, leg suits, water shorts, short-sleeve swim shirts, swimsuits, water briefs, jammers, and long-sleeve swim shirts
- Inappropriate garments, such as cotton shirts, street clothing, underwear, transparent or exposing outfits, speedos, thong bikinis, and other non-swimming attire, are not allowed
- Swim clothes with metal or plastic parts, rivets, and buckles will not be allowed in the waterslides
- Glasses and spectacles are not allowed in the attractions
- Jewelry is not allowed in the waterslides
- Outside floatation devices of any kind are not allowed
- Full-day wheelchair and stroller rentals are available for in-park use only
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

from lusiel metro you can order karwa taxi which it’ll save you money..entrance fee worth every penny,, & locker you’ll rent it (Small30 qr & big40qr) prices of food are reasonable also worth to visit .. even the queue bit long but it was moving fast.. staff are super friendly .. totally recommend

a good day out. would recommend going on a weekday to avoid the wait times. whilst the queues aren't actually that long, the rides are very slow to get you on. longest we queued was around 1 hour on the longest ride. also you definitely need flip flops. the floor is scorching and shade is limited
