- After placing an order, our staff will contact you and ask you to provide a photo of the first page of the passport/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents/ID card of the traveler.
- Regarding accommodation: The default arrangement is a hotel twin room, with 2 adults in one room. This itinerary does not allow for room sharing. Please do not climb around in the scenic area. After entering the scenic area, the free environmental protection vehicles in the scenic area provide services between the scenic spots. It is not a special car for one group. There are many tourists in the scenic area. Please be sure to meet at the location designated by the tour guide so as not to get lost, and do not lose your belongings on the environmental protection vehicle; During the peak season, there are many tourists, and queuing is common, please understand.
- During the peak season of Tianmen Mountain, there may be queues when checking tickets and transferring. Please wait patiently. The tour guide will arrange for admission as soon as possible.
- As Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area strictly implements real-name ticket purchases, tourists must bring their original ID card, and students over 18 years old must bring their student ID card. If you cannot pick up tickets and enter the park due to incomplete documents, you will need to repurchase them at the listed price.
- When the Glass Plank Road is closed for various reasons, the scenic area will not provide any compensation, and you must not force your way through! The Glass Plank Road is located on a cliff with dangerous terrain. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, drunkenness or other physical conditions that are not suitable for visiting, please do not challenge it.
- As the scenic spot gives away the "Hua Kai Furong" Gala, please understand that there will be no refunds if you cannot watch it normally due to traffic jams, rain or other special reasons.
- No refunds will be given for tickets if you do not visit Furong Town, and there are no discounts on tickets for the elderly or children.
- According to the notice from the Fenghuang County Government, from April 10, 2016, no tickets will be required to enter Fenghuang Ancient City. If there is a temporary change in local policy, tourists will need to pay for the ancient city tickets themselves.
