- You can choose to depart from hotels within 5 km around Yangshuo, and after the trip, you will be dropped off at hotels within 5 km around Yangshuo County.
- If you choose the Chinese-speaking driver package, the driver is responsible for pick-up and drop-off services and purchasing tickets, but will not be able to accompany you on tours inside the scenic area. If you choose the English-speaking guide package, an English-speaking guide will accompany you on the tour.
- According to the Yulong River Scenic Area's water safety regulations: children under 1.0 meters and people over 70 years old cannot take bamboo rafts at certain docks. We will arrange for you to take bamboo rafts at other docks.
- The maximum load capacity of a double bamboo raft is 160 kg. If the weight of two people exceeds this limit, it is recommended that each person purchase an additional raft ticket on site.
- Yulong River bamboo raft tickets can only be purchased on the online platform before 20:00 the day before departure. For this activity, we will arrange the dock for you to take a bamboo raft according to the traffic on the day of the experience. Commonly used docks are Shui'edi, Jinlong Bridge, Fuli Bridge, Jima, and Jiuxian.
- During major holidays such as Labor Day and National Day, as well as the peak season in summer, the queuing time at the Yulong River bamboo raft docks and Xingping docks is very long. We do not accept designated docks for bamboo rafting during holidays. To ensure your travel experience, our customer service will coordinate the order and time of your itinerary after you make a reservation.
- Please be sure to provide your ID number, date of birth, and contact information so that customer service can help you book boat tickets and purchase insurance.
- If you are satisfied with the driver's service, you can voluntarily give a tip after the trip, with a suggested standard of (RMB 100/group) to express your encouragement and support for the driver's hard work.
- The standard lunch fee is RMB 80 per person. Please order reasonably within your budget. If there are any excess costs, they must be borne by the diner.
