Special Instructions

• I. Airport Pick-up: Airport pick-up service is available (only for Shuangliu Airport). Please send your flight details to your butler in advance.
• II. Detachment Policy: Leaving the group early or detaching from the group midway through the tour is not permitted. If you choose to leave early or detach midway, the uncompleted portion of the tour will be considered a voluntary forfeit, and no refund will be provided. You will be solely responsible for any liabilities and losses resulting from leaving or detaching from the group.
• III. Accommodation: If you do not stay at the designated hotel during the tour, no cash refund will be provided, and you will be responsible for any other accommodation costs. We reserve the right to make adjustments in the event of hotel overbooking or requisition due to force majeure. Please be aware that hotel resources are limited during holidays. If there are not enough hotel rooms, our customer service will inform you in advance and adjust to other room types or hotels of the same standard.
• IV. Meeting Point: Chengdu. The entire tour start date is the meeting day, with no group activities.
• V. Dismissal Point: Chengdu. Accommodation on the dismissal day is not included.
• VI. The age range for this product is 6-65 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian to participate in the tour.
• VII. Group Size: The tour will proceed with a minimum of 3 people. If the number of registrations does not meet the minimum group size requirement, we reserve the right to cancel the activity and fully refund the amount paid, without being liable for any personal losses incurred as a result.
• VIII. Special Note: Some areas in Western Sichuan are relatively underdeveloped due to local conditions and environmental constraints. The hotel hardware and facilities cannot be compared with those of first- and second-tier cities. We will try our best to select the best hotels.
• IX. Dismissal Instructions: Accommodation is not included on the night of dismissal. Please be aware.
• X. Other: In the event of traffic control, flexible adjustments or delays to some attractions may be necessary. Please be aware.

• I. If you are unable to reach the meeting point due to personal or third-party reasons, we will assist you in making appropriate adjustments to the itinerary, such as traveling to the departure point the next day, but we will not be responsible for any costs incurred. We are not liable for any failure (or unwillingness) to visit the scenic spots and hotels arranged by the company, or failure (or unwillingness) to participate in the activities organized and offered by the company, due to your personal reasons or third-party reasons, and any expenses incurred will not be refunded.
• II. In the event of itinerary delays or inability to visit a certain attraction due to force majeure factors such as personal reasons, weather, earthquakes, tsunamis, epidemics, or government intervention during the itinerary, we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary according to the situation, and no additional fees will be compensated or refunded.
• III. This product accepts customers aged 6-65. If the customer's age is outside this range, and our company has informed them of the itinerary and they insist on joining the tour, a disclaimer agreement shall be signed.
• IV. In the event that the hotel adjusts our reserved rooms to a hotel of the same standard due to its own reasons (full rooms or power/water outages, heating outages, etc.) or force majeure factors such as government activities, resulting in the reserved rooms being unavailable for occupancy, our company will endeavor to assist guests in checking into a hotel of the same standard, but will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result. If the adjustment is to a non-equivalent hotel that produces a price difference, the difference will be refunded by our company after the trip.
• V. This itinerary does not accept pregnant women, breastfeeding infants, or patients with sudden illnesses such as heart disease and hypertension, as well as those who have had recent surgery, please understand.
• VI. There is no refund for complimentary items on the itinerary if you choose not to participate.
• VII. The times mentioned in the itinerary are for reference only. The specific arrival time is subject to the actual road conditions on the day.
