• The tour guide has the right to adjust the order of the included attractions without reducing the number of attractions on the itinerary.
• There will be no driver or tour guide during free time. Please pay attention to your personal safety and property.
• There are many monkeys in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Please do not approach them closely or touch any wild animals on the mountain to avoid injury.
• Please do not climb arbitrarily in the scenic area. After entering the scenic area, free eco-buses provide transportation between attractions. These are not private buses for each group. There are many tourists in the scenic area, so please be sure to meet at the location designated by the tour guide and do not get separated. Also, do not leave your belongings on the eco-bus.
• During peak season, there are many tourists and queues may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
• The light inside Huanglong Cave is dim and some sections are slippery. Please be careful when walking to avoid falling. We recommend wearing comfortable, non-slip shoes.
• Please abide by the scenic area's regulations and do not touch or damage stalactites, stalagmites, or other natural landscapes to avoid damage.
• Stay close to the tour guide and do not leave the group without permission, as there are no signposts inside the cave and it is easy to get lost. Pay particular attention to safety in areas where you need to bend down to walk.
• Please protect your electronic devices from water when visiting the water cave.
• During peak season at Tianmen Mountain, there may be queues for ticket checking and transfers. Please be patient. The tour guide will arrange admission as soon as possible.
• As Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area strictly implements a real-name ticket purchase system, tourists must bring their original ID card. Students over 18 years old must bring their student ID card. If you cannot collect your ticket and enter the park due to incomplete documentation, you will need to repurchase at the listed price.
• The scenic area offers no compensation when the glass walkway is closed for any reason, and passage cannot be forced.
• The glass walkway is located on a cliff and is in a dangerous position. Please do not attempt to walk it if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, are intoxicated, or have any other physical conditions that make it unsuitable.
