The driver was holding a piece of paper with my name and waiting right in front of the entrance of arriving hall. He is polite and his driving skills is good although the road condition is really bad with holes and bumpy.

Dear Klook Support Team, It's regret that the tour operator is not turn up again for my booking (AHG495645). I have email to Klook support 6/4 and they assure me that the tor operator will come on Sun. Unfortunately, I have been waiting at my hotel for 20 mins also NO SHOW on 7/4. I called to Klook office and also Siem Reap Tour operator but your Klook office also unable to contact tour operator. I forced to take tuk tuk by last minute to rush to the airport because of no taxi available by last minute arrangement. And the tuk tuk don't have receipt to me. I can only show you the picture as proof Can you imagine how it's inconvenient to take tuk tuk for 40 mins drive from hotel to airport? I am bringing with a young kid. It’s very dangerous to take a tuk tuk with long journey with no cover for the smoke and dust around. I am very unhappy for the second last minutes NO SHOW of the tour operator. I am demand an explanation and refund for this

The driver has not shown up after an hour of waiting. Called klook customer service (Malaysia), it's either nobody pick it up or got hang up half way.
