Reviews
I recommend it, everything was as agreed, the boat was great
I go with buseta travel and the tour guide is so nice, and the scenery is also excellent
Busetatravel was so kind and nice. The guide took care of each and every one of us, and thanks to him, we were able to travel safely. They even picked us up at our hotel, so we could have fun comfortably. I recommend it!
I booked the "All-Inclusive Suluada Island & Adrasan Beach Day Tour from Antalya" through your platform for October 2, 2026. I am hereby filing a formal complaint regarding the handling of this order. I. Sequence of Events 1. On October 1 at 20:19 (Turkey time), the night before the activity, as I still had not received any pickup information, I proactively contacted the supplier via WhatsApp to confirm the pickup time and location. 2. At 20:42, the supplier replied that the tour was "not available for the next four days," stated they could not find my booking, and asked where I had booked it. 3. Prior to my proactive contact, I had not received any cancellation or modification notice from Klook or the supplier via app notification, email, SMS, or any other channel. 4. I immediately submitted a support ticket at 21:14, which has still not been substantively addressed. **II. Issues** 1. Failure to Notify: After the supplier canceled the activity, Klook, as the booking platform, had an obligation to notify the consumer in a timely manner. Had I not contacted them proactively, I would have waited for the pickup the next morning as originally planned, resulting in even greater losses. 2. Questionable Order Transmission: The supplier stated they could not find my booking, which indicates that the order may not have been effectively transmitted or confirmed. Please verify whether the order I paid for was actually received by the supplier. 3. Severe Disruption to the Itinerary: My travel itinerary is tight, and the schedule for that day cannot be replaced. The last-minute cancellation the night before directly disrupted my itinerary plans for that day and subsequent days.
