- After placing an order, our staff will contact you and ask you to provide a photo of the first page of the passport/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents/ID card of the traveler.
- The default arrangement is a twin room for the hotel, with 2 adults in one room. This itinerary cannot be shared. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one "single room supplement"; if you are traveling alone, we will arrange a separate room for you; if you are traveling with 3 adults, purchase one additional "single room supplement", so that we will arrange two rooms for you.
- If tourists leave the group, the relevant fees will not be refunded.
- Without reducing the number of attractions, the tour guide can adjust the order of the itinerary according to the actual situation.
- The expenses incurred by tourists due to force majeure, airline reasons, or the tourist's own reasons shall be borne by the tourist.
- If the free items are closed due to scenic spot policies, they will be changed to viewing the exterior, and no fees will be refunded. Children do not include free items.
- You must bring a valid ID with you when you depart. If you are unable to check in, take the train, check into a hotel, or visit scenic spots due to failure to bring a valid ID, the tourist must bear the responsibility.
- Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the tour itinerary arranged by the travel agency. They must not deceive or conceal any information. If any accidents occur due to the tourist's physical discomfort, the travel agency will not be liable.
- The travel agency does not recommend tourists to participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences arising from tourists' unauthorized actions.
- If a tourist leaves the group or changes the itinerary midway for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver, and the travel agency will not be able to refund any fees. The tourist shall bear the other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.

The itinerary is subject to change and adjustment due to climate, road conditions, holidays, traffic arrival and departure times, scenic spot queuing and control, tourists themselves, force majeure and other factors. - The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and place about 1 day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time, otherwise, in order to avoid delaying the itinerary of other guests, we will depart on time and refuse to wait. If the guest fails to arrive on time due to their own reasons, they will bear the full loss.
