- For 2-day tours including hotel accommodations, our pricing is based on double occupancy. If your party has an odd number of travelers (e.g., 3, 5, or 7 people), you will need to pay a single supplement to cover the cost of a single room. - According to Japanese law, vehicle usage time cannot exceed 10 hours. Therefore, the tour guide may adjust the itinerary based on the actual situation of the day. Thank you for your understanding.
- To ensure a smooth departure, please confirm the meeting point and avoid any last-minute changes. If you miss the bus due to a change of meeting point for personal reasons, a refund will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please be aware that as this is a group tour, guests of other language backgrounds may be traveling in the same vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.
- Guests participating in the hotel pick-up service, please wait outside the hotel lobby. Please refer to the email for specific pick-up times.
- We will send an email to guests between 20:00-21:00 the day before the tour, informing you of the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check your inbox promptly. Emails may be mistakenly filtered into the junk/spam folder. During peak season, there may be a delay in sending emails. We apologize for any inconvenience. In special circumstances, if you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest email.
- We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared tour, seating is primarily allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please indicate them in the remarks section when booking, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seating for you. The final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's coordination on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
- As the journey is long, the actual arrival time may be affected by traffic and weather conditions. The times provided are estimates only. Please avoid arranging other activities after the tour on the same day. We will not be liable for any losses caused by delays. Thank you for your understanding.
- During peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the tour may be earlier or slightly delayed. The specific departure time will be notified by email the day before the tour. Please be prepared in advance.
- As the one/two-day tours are shared tours, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals. Any incidental costs and liabilities incurred due to lateness shall be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.
- In the event of severe weather or other force majeure, the park may adjust the operating hours of rides or show times without prior notice, or even cancel the operation of some projects and performances. Thank you for your understanding.
- This product may be adjusted due to weather and other factors. To ensure your safety, staff members have the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities, communicate with you, and make alternative arrangements. The specific situation is subject to the actual situation on the day.
- Transportation, sightseeing, and stop times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of visits with the consent of the guests, without reducing the attractions in the itinerary.
- Each guest can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. If you bring luggage without prior notice, it may cause congestion in the car and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus, and the fee will not be refunded. - We will arrange different vehicle types according to the actual number of travelers and cannot specify a vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding.
- It is not allowed to leave the group early or leave the group midway during the tour. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Thank you for your understanding.
- Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks displays, snow scene viewing, hot spring season, festival activities, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to the official notice. If we do not receive an official clear notice of cancellation of the event, we will arrange it according to the original plan. No refunds will be given if the flowering period or special event does not meet expectations. Please be aware of this.
