- On the day of departure, there are no planned activities. Guests can arrange breakfast time with the hotel front desk one day in advance, as breakfast is usually provided free of charge by the hotel and is non-refundable if not consumed.
- If the guest's departure time is late, the guest must check out before 12:00. If the guest needs to extend their stay or delay check-out, they should negotiate the extension with the front desk and pay the room fee to the front desk.
- The tour guide has the right to change the order of attractions depending on the actual situation. In the event of force majeure or factors beyond the control of the travel agency, the right to substitute related attractions is reserved!
- Without reducing the number of attractions, the travel agency and tour guide have the right to appropriately adjust the order of sightseeing according to the actual situation. In case of force majeure or government policy adjustments, or temporary closures due to scenic spot reasons, a separate time will be arranged for the visit; if it is impossible to arrange another time during the itinerary, the ticket fee will be refunded to the tourists at the travel agency's discounted price, and no liability will be assumed for the losses and responsibilities caused thereby.
- Hotel check-in requires registration. Adults (over 18 years old) should bring their valid ID cards, and children should bring their household registration books. The hotel needs to collect a certain deposit (according to different hotel standards, ranging from 100-300 yuan per room), which needs to be paid by the tourists at the hotel front desk. It will be fully refunded if there is no damage to the room facilities upon departure. If there is any damage to hotel items, facilities, loss of room cards, etc., the tourist must compensate the hotel for the loss. The hotel check-out time is 12:00 noon. Guests with late flights can store their luggage at the hotel and enjoy free activities or pay the difference for a hourly room to rest.
