–Pick-up Service Range: Free pick-up service from hotels within Yangshuo County [For some hotel guests, you may need to go to the nearest meeting point to board the vehicle. Please inquire with customer service for details]. If you need to go to places outside these areas, there will be an additional charge, the specific amount of which will be communicated and confirmed by our customer service after the order is confirmed.
Time Arrangement: The tour departs around 7:00 AM and usually ends around 6:00 PM, taking you back to your hotel or the pick-up point. We will inform you of the meeting time again one day before the trip. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the meeting time.
Tours depart with a minimum of 2 people. 5/7/9-seater vehicles will be arranged depending on the number of people in the tour group.
[Special Tips for Yulong River Rafting]:
- Every visitor must wear a life jacket before getting on the bamboo raft and must not take it off during the trip. Please keep your electronic products safe.
- Yulong River Scenic Area stipulates that pregnant women, people with disabilities, etc., are strictly prohibited from taking Yulong River bamboo rafts. Children under 1 meter and elderly people over 70 years old are not allowed to take double bamboo rafts. If there are people who cannot take the raft, you can choose the Yulong River 8-person bamboo raft, or change to free walking along the Yulong River. Please contact Klook customer service in advance.
- Yulong River double bamboo rafts are manual bamboo rafts that can carry 2 tourists. Rafts depart with a minimum of 2 people. If there is a single person, a fee will be charged to cover the cost of the empty raft (because real-name ticketing is now implemented, the scenic spot does not provide raft sharing services). The empty raft fee for a single person is 100 RMB for the Shui'edy to Gongnong Bridge section, and 160 RMB for the Jinlong Bridge to Jiuxian section.
- The rafting duration is for reference only. The raft workers are managed by the Yulong River Scenic Area. The actual bamboo raft rafting duration depends on the speed of the raft worker on the day.
- Guests taking the Yulong River double bamboo raft and weighing 200 Jin individually need to charter the raft. The combined weight of two people cannot exceed 320 Jin.
- In the event of holidays [especially during the Spring Festival, May Day, and National Day Golden Week], the Yulong River Wharf will choose the rafting section according to the flow of people in the scenic spot on the day. If the bamboo raft queue time is too long or tickets are temporarily suspended, you can change to other attractions of equivalent value or refund the price difference and change to walking sightseeing.
