- The tour guide may adjust the order of the tour without reducing the number of attractions, depending on actual conditions such as weather and traffic, and with the consent of the guests.
- [Child Seat Occupancy] According to the new traffic law, tourist vehicles must not be overloaded. Violations will result in a deduction of 6 points and a fine of 20,000 to 50,000 RMB. Therefore, all tourists traveling with children must occupy a seat for the child. There is no free policy.
- [Upgrade Meals] Meals can be upgraded for an additional 30 RMB/person (paid directly to the tour guide). Group meals are served with ten people per table, consisting of eight dishes and one soup. If there are fewer than 10 people on the day, the tour guide will refund the meal fee.
- [Upgrade Door-to-Door Pickup] You can add a fee to upgrade the pick-up service: Door-to-door pickup within the Fourth Ring Road + 30 RMB/person. If you need to provide pick-up service, please note the exact pick-up location, traveler's name and telephone number in the order. The staff will contact you for confirmation before 22:00 the day before departure. Please keep your mobile phone accessible. Traffic in Beijing is congested, so it usually takes 1-2 hours to arrange the departure in advance, subject to the actual notification from the driver. If you arrive at the meeting point early, please rest nearby and wait patiently. This service does not guarantee exclusive use of a private car. Please forgive us if you need to wait for each other. The deadline for ordering pick-up and drop-off service is 21:00 one day in advance. Orders after 21:00 need to go to the boarding location by yourself.
