What to expect
Step onto the breathtaking Vatnajökull glacier, the largest in Europe, and experience one of Iceland’s most remarkable outdoor adventures. Led by a certified glacier guide, explore a stunning landscape of ice formations and ever-changing scenery. This journey offers a rare glimpse into how half the world once looked 12,000 years ago, as glaciers continue to melt at an alarming rate of over 1.2 trillion tons per year. Vatnajökull, covering 9% of Iceland, is gradually disappearing, with projections indicating it could lose half its current ice by 2100 and nearly vanish by 2200. Witness this incredible natural wonder while it still stands, walking across an ancient frozen expanse shaped by time and climate

Reviews
It must have been the summer season, as the icebergs weren't as spectacular as I'd imagined, which was a little disappointing. However, the staff were all wonderful, and the coffee and chocolate were free to enjoy. We were in a hurry and hadn't had lunch, so I ate two chocolate bars, which I greatly appreciated.
It was a fun and good experience.
