- 【About Accommodation】The default room arrangement is a hotel twin room, with two adults per room. This tour does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "Single Room Supplement." A single room will be arranged for solo travelers. For three adults traveling together, please purchase one additional "Single Room Supplement" to arrange for two rooms.
- Meals during free time are at your own expense. If you temporarily give up a meal for personal reasons, the meal fee will not be refunded.
- Due to the tight ferry tickets to Gulangyu Island, we reserve the right to adjust the order of the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions.
- The times in the itinerary are for reference only. The specific times will be based on the actual situation and the guide's arrangements.
- Guests who cancel on the day of travel will incur room loss, vehicle loss, and meal loss for that day (non-inclusive items on the day will not be lost).
- Seniors over 70 years old must be accompanied by a family member and provide a health certificate and a waiver.
- Restaurants and open shopping malls around scenic spots, as well as open shops in Gulangyu Island and scenic spots, are not considered shopping stops.
- Tourists should ensure they are in good health and that their physical condition allows them to complete the itinerary. Those under 2 years old or over 70 years old, those with heart, lung, cerebrovascular diseases, or visual or hearing impairments, those who are not suitable for long-distance and high-altitude travel, and those with pre-existing medical conditions and physical disabilities are not suitable to participate. The tourist shall bear any consequences caused by any concealment.
- When signing the contract, please provide valid and correct identity information and carry your ID with you during the trip. Tourists shall bear any losses caused by forgetting or losing their ID, such as being unable to board the plane or check into the hotel.
- This product is a group tour for individual tourists from all over the country. Due to its particularity, waiting may occur depending on the specific flight, weather, road conditions, train number, different departure times, accommodation hotels, and the connection of tourists with different itineraries. The times agreed upon in the itinerary are estimates, and there may be some errors in practice. Tourists shall bear any personal and property losses caused by any public transportation; if tourists cannot travel due to reasons not caused by our company, our company will charge the expenses incurred and the loss of business booking, and a separate contract is required for those who need to change to participate; no refunds will be given for those who request to leave the group after departure; for changes in the tourist itinerary due to reasons not caused by our company, our company will not compensate for the reduced part, and the increased expenses will be borne by the tourist.
- Please understand the weather and geographical conditions of the destination in advance before traveling, and please prepare common warm clothing, cooling, sunscreen, rain gear and commonly used medicines. Please pay attention to personal and property safety when getting on and off the bus, while driving, in the hotel, in the scenic area, and at the dining point; smoking is prohibited in the scenic area, please take care of public environmental hygiene.
- In case of standard errors caused by special reasons, compensation and refunds will be made according to the actual situation in accordance with the "Tourism Law"; due to special circumstances in the tourism process, our company reserves the right to temporarily adjust the travel itinerary without reducing the number of tourist attractions.
- If the tourist's itinerary is reduced due to force majeure or events that the travel agency or the performing assistant has taken reasonable care of but still cannot avoid, our company will refund the expenses not incurred; if a stay is caused, our company will assist in arranging it, and the resulting additional expenses shall be borne by the tourist.
- If a tourist leaves the group without negotiation during the itinerary, it will be regarded as a breach of contract by the tourist, and the uncompleted part will be regarded as a voluntary waiver. Our company will no longer refund the fee and will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the tourist. Normal project refunds (tickets, accommodation) are based on our company's discounted price and are not based on the listed price. The guest shall bear all consequences of leaving the group without authorization.
