- Tourists should ensure they are in good health and can complete the itinerary. Those under 2 years of age or over 70 years of age, those with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or visual or hearing impairments, those who are not suitable for long-distance or high-altitude travel, and those with pre-existing medical conditions and physical disabilities are not suitable to participate. Any consequences arising from concealment shall be borne by the tourist.
- This product is a group tour for individual travelers from all over the country. Due to its particularity, waiting may occur due to specific flights, weather, road conditions, train times, different departure times, accommodation hotels, and the connection of tourists on different itineraries. Tourists are responsible for any personal property itinerary losses caused by any public transportation. If a replacement is required, a separate contract is required. No refunds will be given for those who request to leave the group after departure. If the tourist's itinerary changes due to reasons not caused by our company, our company will not compensate for the reduced portion, and the increased costs will be borne by the tourist.
- If standard errors are caused by special reasons, supplements and refunds will be made according to the actual situation in accordance with the "Tourism Law." Due to special circumstances during the tourism process, our company reserves the right to temporarily adjust the travel itinerary without reducing the number of tourist attractions.
- If the tourist's itinerary is reduced due to force majeure or events that the travel agency or performing assistant cannot avoid despite having fulfilled its reasonable duty of care, our company will refund the expenses not incurred. If delays are caused, our company will assist in arranging accommodations, and the resulting additional expenses will be borne by the tourist.
- Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary without negotiation will be regarded as a breach of contract by the tourist. The unfinished portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and our company will not refund the fee and will not bear any additional expenses incurred by the tourist. Normal project refunds (tickets, accommodation) are based on our company's discounted price and are not based on the listed price. The guest shall bear all consequences of unauthorized departure from the group.

Please understand the limitations of the group tour for individual travelers and communicate with our company in a timely manner regarding team quality issues so that we can assist in solving them in a timely manner. Before the end of the tour, tourists should carefully and objectively fill out the "Travel Agency Service Quality Tracking Survey Form." Our company will not handle feedback opinions that contradict the opinions signed by the individual after the end of the tour.
