Good to know
- Please provide the full names, ID numbers, birth dates, and nationalities of all travelers so we can purchase cruise tickets and travel insurance.
- You can flexibly choose your drop-off location upon return: return to a hotel in Guilin city center / the high-speed train station / the airport.
- The driver's service ends at 18:00. If you require service beyond this time, please negotiate an overtime fee with the driver.
- If the Li River is flooded or the water level is too low, the Li River cruise company will suspend operations. We will notify you in advance and arrange an alternative tour route for you.
- If the cable car queue at the Longji Jinkeng Rice Terraces Scenic Area is excessively long, or during statutory holidays, our consultant will communicate with you and suggest visiting the Ping'an Rice Terraces Scenic Area instead.
- The entire trip includes standard hotel rooms (basic room type). For groups of 3, we will arrange a triple room or an extra bed. For groups of 5, we will arrange 1 standard room + 1 triple room or an extra bed. If a single person requires a private room, an additional single room supplement will be charged.
- The Chinese-speaking driver only provides pick-up and drop-off services and assistance with purchasing tickets. They cannot enter the scenic area to accompany guests on tours. If you require a bilingual (Chinese/English) tour guide, please consult customer service; advance booking is required.
- If you are satisfied with the driver's service, you may voluntarily offer a tip after the trip to express your appreciation for the driver's hard work and support.
