- The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location around 20:00 (8:00 PM) the day before departure. Please be sure to arrive on time to avoid delaying the itinerary of other guests. We will depart promptly and will not wait. Guests who do not arrive on time due to their own reasons will bear the full cost of any losses.
- After the tour, we will gather together and take a bus to Hangzhou East Railway Station. If you are returning from Hangzhou Station or the airport, please make your own way there. We recommend your return travel time be after 16:30 (4:30 PM).
- If your Hangzhou return flight or train departure time is earlier than our recommended time, please communicate with our tour guide in advance and leave the group on your own. No refunds will be provided. Your understanding is appreciated.
- For statutory holidays, it is recommended to delay your return transportation by 1 hour compared to weekdays.
